NYYC, Harbor Court, Rehearsal Dinner, Lianne and Rudy

I love photographing a wedding weekend that includes the rehearsal dinner. It gives me an opportunity to meet the family and friends of the bride and groom in a casual setting before the wedding day.

It builds the connection that is so important to my style of photography. It also provides an added insight to the personalities of the bride and groom and their relationships to family and friends. This night was very special because it was Rudy's parents 50th wedding anniversary.

Lianne and Rudy's rehearsal dinner was held under the tent, by Newport Tent Company at the NYYC, Harbor Court. Lianne created a relaxed setting that was produced by the design team at Exquisite Events. StoneBlossom's flower decor complimented the seaside mood.

Mehndi Celebration, International Tennis Hall of Fame, Jessica and Deepak

Mehndi Celebration is a traditional Indian event that allows both families to meet and enjoy each others company, similar to a Rehearsal Dinner. Jessica and Deepak chose the International Tennis Hall of Fame horseshoe piazza as the venue with an Indian decor theme and traditional Indian food.

Rainbow

Just finished photographing Lauren and Brad's rehearsal dinner on the Nantucket Lightship. As I  said my goodbye's,  I looked outside and saw this rainbow. Wow, rushed to get the bride and groom on deck and photographed them while it was still raining. Good omen for tomorrows Castle Hill Inn wedding.

Wedding Details, Nicole and Blake, Rosecliff Mansion

Exquisite Events orchestrated all the details of Nicole and Blake's wedding day to reflect their love of New Orleans. Tupelo Honey Design created all the artistic paper design from the invite to the table cards, while Confectionary Designs crafted a cake that was a remembrance of her grandmother's wedding. Nicole and Blake are getting married today at Rosecliff Mansion. This is from last nights rehearsal dinner at the NYYC. Exquisite Events has planned a grand celebration. Faith Dugan will be joining me to capture the evening.
