Exquisite Events orchestrated all the details of Nicole and Blake's wedding day to reflect their love of New Orleans. Tupelo Honey Design created all the artistic paper design from the invite to the table cards, while Confectionary Designs crafted a cake that was a remembrance of her grandmother's wedding. Castle Hill Inn

One of my favorite venues is Castle Hill Inn. It a unique Newport setting. The service level provided by Nell, Marie, Rebecca and Nancy is of the highest professional standard. They take pride in making every wedding special and unique. Every year I provide them with a "venue book" that showcases Castle Hill Inn.


This year we also added an "Intimate Weddings" book to feature smaller weddings.

The Chanler Weddings

The Chanler is a wonderful venue for an intimate wedding. This StoryBook features a daytime ceremony and reception that took place this past summer.

Castlehill Inn Weddings

Just finished designing an updated StoryBook for the sales team at the Castlehill Inn property. Hopefully this will inspire brides with images and ideas for their upcoming wedding date at this beautiful and unique venue.

41 North

Tuesday night Peter and I were invited to 41 North to meet with Connie Pirrone, the new special events manager for Christies, The Grill and the new boutique hotel to be completed in early spring of 2010.  Connie moved here from NYC this year so, Welcome to Newport, Connie!   She showed us two rooms upstairs at Christies that would be great for rehearsal dinners..very sleek and modern.  Also upstairs are two rentable private residences which are great for the bride and groom or wedding party. On the property as well are two adorable cottages which rent for a modest price in the winter (complete with fireplaces!) and are typically higher in the summer months, but still a great location.  We are looking forward to previewing the new hotel and seeing the wedding reception space on the street level which looks very interesting  from the drawings.   Stay tuned and thanks for a lovely visit, Connie.
